Family stop over
Posted 19 Feb 2023 on HotelsCheck in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double.
Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast.
Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell.

The rooms were very small with no closet space; the toilet looked like it had never seen bleach; the rest of the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. It states on the website that there are English spoken staff, we never found one in either reception or restaurant. Overall the reception staff were un-welcoming and all were of a very young age and keen to just close up and go. The bar shut exactly at 9.30 pm and 10pm weekend. No other bars or restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps a vending machine for soft drinks would be a good idea for the future!

Merci pour votre commentaires, les deux responsables parlent l'anglais commercial effectivement elles ne sont pas encore très à l'aise...
L'ensemble du personnel s'efforce à être irréprochable sur la propreté et surtout pour l'hygiène des toilettes....
Nous possèdons plusieurs chambres supérieures climatisées.

Pros: Excellent experience. Room was clean and modern. Everything worked greated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again..

Entirely serviceable hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the food in the hotel restaurant was surprisingly pretty good.
