We arrived late after a long day’s drive across the country and the reception guy was fantastic! He was so kind and thoughtful and we got exactly the room we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the towels and linens smelled clean and fresh, and the breakfast was fantastic with eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, toast, and coffee. We felt that we really lucked out calling from the road!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met a number of kind folks in the lobby at breakfast too, which made our stay lovely. The floors in our room were very dirty, but that is all that I would have changed.

the staff was courteous; housekeeping was efficient but not pushy - we hardly knew they were around, but they took good care of us.
