The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met a number of kind folks in the lobby at breakfast too, which made our stay lovely. The floors in our room were very dirty, but that is all that I would have changed.

Toilet seat loose, light over sink worked off and on, vent in bathroom did nothing, very uncomfortable mattress

the staff was courteous; housekeeping was efficient but not pushy - we hardly knew they were around, but they took good care of us.
