This hotel is located right in town near all the restaurants and stores, it’s the perfect walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and helped book a boat trip for me and they were all very knowledgeable. The room was a perfect size for two people and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well.

This hotel situated very close walking distance for Longyearbyen’s shopping centre and restaurants. Inside the hotel tiny but very good Sushi restaurant there. I’m Japanese. I’ve never tasted good like this long time. Room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Less clothes hangers but plenty of hooks and big shelves. There were 5 windows in our room. Bit struggled to close rolling blackout screens. TV control was little complicated but gradually found out how to operate. The room was very clean and room slippers were great.

Everything was great except they ran out of some food items for breakfast a couple of mornings

The Vault is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Cosy and warm, clean and fresh - I absolutely loved it. I will stay again no problem at all !

Excellent stay when visiting Svalbard. Directly across from main shopping and eating. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and great option for dinner

Cute hotel with access to local sights. My flight out got canceled, and they were very accommodating. Had a great stay here.
