I had a bad feeling when I pulled into the parking lot. The rumbling of semi engines and smell of diesel fumes as I exited my car weren’t exactly welcoming. The property looked unkempt & abandoned and I wondered if I had the right hotel. I checked in and went to my room hoping I was wrong about doubting. The halls were filthy, trash and dust and dirt everywhere. I opened my room door to the overwhelming aroma of urine. I went to the front desk and asked for a non pet room. The attendant took me to another room- this one smelled of urine and decaying trash. I promptly told the attendant to cancel my room- did not receive a refund and frankly didn’t care as I would not stay here with my children no matter what. Absolutely disgusting. BEWARE!

Pool and bathroom was not clean. Also bathroom very small and ill organized. There were boys standing in parking lot smoking weed. Not really safe for families with kids.

Front desk staff was nice , however hote had bugs on the floor n was very noisy

The exit door was duct taped opened. Terrible smell in the hallway. Part of the ceiling in the hallway falling down. The toilet seat was broken and so was the faucet in the shower. Breakfast was disgusting. Brown colored orange juice, milk on the edge of spoiling. Old looking sausage and strange looking eggs. Don't stay here.

I made a reservation for a 3 day stay but my wife was in a car accident back home so I was unable to stay the day I made the reservation I canceled the same day but my money was still taken out of my bank account even after the front clerk said she had canceled it for my after explaining my reason for cancelling

Good evening. Upon reviewing your account, your reservation was made through a third party, prepay. This means that you will need to contact the third party directly for refund. On the hotel's side, just like the hotel clerk said, was not charged on our end as courtesy, although the hotel did have the right to still charge a no show fee regardless of reasons. The issue will have to be addressed to Expedia directly from the guest. If this response helped your case, we would appreciate you either removing the review, since it does not represent the image of the hotel. We may dispute this review. It's nice for a lower costing hotel. Much cleaner than the competition in the area. It would be nice if they fixed the pool.
