they cancelled at last minute with no help rescheduling me somewhere else

Good Day Richard,Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your experience. Sadly, within the past week we had a guest that was rather intoxicated and fell asleep while filling their bathtub. This resulted in several of our guest rooms below to be pretty severely damaged from the late-night flood that wasn't realized until the water had been pouring into the below rooms for over an hour. Due to this we were unable to accommodate some folks who had reservations with us. We did make every attempt to be proactive in notifying Expedia of the incident and asked that they assist us in establishing alternate properties for those guests to stay at. I apologize that you were negatively affected by the situation, and I would be more than happy to discuss the matter with you further if you wish. You are welcome to reach out to the property directly and ask to speak with Shawn and we can discuss further. Again, I am terribly sorry for the last-minute change, however, the matter truly was out of our control. I hope you understand. Travel Safe & Be Well Shawn - GM

I wasn't expecting a full kitchen complete with burner, dishwasher, and full size fridge. That was a pleasant surprise.

Very poor staff communications (not English speakers!). Listed "Breakfast included" but was not included. "Bare bones" facility, too many quality places to stay in Longmont, I won't go back here.
