We chose this hotel because it was close to Terminal 2, and was on the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle bus line. The room was not clean. Noticed food bits and spilled pop on the floor. It was obvious that housecleaning had not vacuumed over near the drapes or bothered to pull the chair out. I did take photos and showed the reception desk when I went to find an ice bucket. I was offered a new room right away, but my husband was already in the shower when I had left the room. So I declined. A suggestion of a complimentary beverage was immediately acknowledged and I returned to the room with two glasses of wine. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated that we had a shuttle for our early flight. Although the room was not as clean as it should have been, I would give them a second chance by returning.

This hotel is quite nice but it was much further from the airport than advertised / I envisioned so do factor in extra costs and time for a bus / car transfer.

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. What we didn’t like was there was not enough lighting in the room. The walls were dark and there was only spot lighting. You can’t see the switches and had difficulty reading anything.

We always stay at the Radisson Red every time we are in LHR. The hotel is a 5 min drive from LHR. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of options. Staff is very helpful.
