Great location to most attractions! A good quiet and clean hotel to spend a week in London. Don't know about the breakfast as I didn't do that, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Nice quiet location. The beds were a little hard and I would suggest that guests get face wash clothes every day.

Extremely dirty and stained carpeting in room and hallway.
Breakfast times are not the same every day.
We prepaid for breakfasts for three days, but on the third day, Sunday, breakfast is later. We had to leave without breakfast because we had a train to catch. They refused to refund us for the breakfasts paid for but unable to stay for! Very unpleasant woman at the check-in desk… even a smile, would improve things.

Was not impressed at all !!
Posted 16 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe location was good but that’s about it. Breakfast was less than average and no variety!! Room too small, and lots of noise coming from inside the walls /ceiling ( water pipes ) or noise from the air conditioner !!

I love how this property was so close to so many attractions, like Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, but was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar staff always went over and beyond for us on our "night caps". It was the perfect end to each of our days in London. The rooms were not as small as some guest had descripted. We reserved the twin beds and we were pleasantly surprised how roomy it was. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be back to stay there next time I am in London.
