Well it was very different to what I thought and unless I missed it, we had a communal bathroom, shower and toilet which I did not expect. It was clean but I wouldn’t stay as a couple. Parking is a nightmare and I got a ticket even though I moved my car twice but you only have 1 hour parking during the day mon-Saturday

The place is clean and has big hall and kitchen. But it is very noisy area. You can hear everything happening on the streets . You can hear people talking on the street from the room. Also it is common bathroom for all 4 rooms. Expedia never listed like this. Also if the person in the other talks little louder you can hear. I would not recommend this for families or couples who are looking for safety

Unique: Great difficulty in entering the property- apparently an e-mail was sent to us on the morning of our departure from our HOME - after we had left. We do not have access to e-mail other than at OUR home. When booking this was not made clear! Luckily a neighbour in STUDD Road came to our rescue. She was very helpful and contacted the ?owner/person in charge whosoever.Even if we had seen the e-mail with the entry details/codes etc it would have been difficult to enter due to the sensitivity of the apparatus on the door.-----NOW aside from that little matter we had an enjoyable stay- we were able to laugh about it afterwards. The property itself is indeed 'UNIQUE'- so we would probably stay there again if visiting the area.

Could have been nice, but wasn't.

It was quite difficult to spot the entrance as it is just a normal door on the street, no indication that this is the apartment entrance. A sign would be helpful. Code didn't work on arrival, which was quite annoying. As it took 2 phone calls and about 10 minutes stood in the rain, before I could get in. Only electronic locks, no physical deadlock on the room door, therefore not great for solo travellers as doesn't feel 100% secure. No hot water in the shower in the morning, messed around for ages, got hot water out the bathroom sink, but the shower was still cold. Really not good for how much this cost.

I had a really good 2 night stay here. Room was very big, with kitchenette at far end. Comfortable and clean. Quiet street for London. Excellent bars/bistros just round the corner.

Excellent value & a lovely place to stay, it would be hard to criticise the accommodation. However, the booking process was marred by needing either a current passport, or photo driving licence, neither of which I possess. A recently expired passport was declined & communication was poor, leaving me in limbo, having paid, not knowing if I had actually secured the accommodation. It took several days to finally secure access & only then with a £100 deposit, which will take time to be refunded. Sadly, this marred what would have been a 5* experience.
