Very friendly cheerful staff was a bit disappointed at the 100 charge for extra person when we had already paid for three singles and a double bed and added 1 to make 5 it just business I suppose ! The location was great

My room is under construction so they took me to a different hotel. They walked me. There was excellent service and getting there. So I didn’t actually stay at the tutor

Nice hotel, rooms newly appointed, some renovation going on at time we stayed but that was quiet and only a few hours during middle of day so no bother.

Tiny room but had everything I needed for one night. The room was very clean but the building was undergoing construction making it noisy and stinky. Narrow and dark stairs with no lift option

The manager, Mehdi, gave us 5 star treatment. We had a problem with our reservation and he did his best to clear it up. They didn’t have a room available for that night, so he booked us into a nearby hotel and walked us over pulling my luggage. He is the best.
The location is fantastic, mere blocks from the best tube station, Paddington.
Highly recommended!
