Cleanliness of the taps were very poor, mold under the spout. Mini fridge packed in 2 days into our stay. Breakfast was not included unless you paid for the hotel through them.

Cleanliness is a top priority, and we are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure such oversights do not occur again. We service our rooms daily, but if the guests display do not disturb card on the doors, we do respect guests privacy by not entering. Mini fridge malfunction: We regret that the mini fridge stopped working during your stay. Our maintenance team is always on a standby should you choose to report it in-house. We have inspected the fridge, looking into this issue to prevent future inconveniences.Breakfast policy: We apologize for any confusion regarding breakfast policy. We do offer a complimentary breakfast to the guests that book the rooms directly with the hotel, the third party reservations have a choice of the rates inclusive of Full English Breakfast or Room Only reservations (for the guests conveniences) to consider before placing the reservations.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services. We hope you will consider staying with us again and allow us to provide a better experience.

Poor Wi-Fi I. Diana suite had to get my mobile internet and connect it outside very poor could not access to do my work

Ignored on arrival and kept waiting to check in, breakfast details not explained, requested a room away from the road and ended up with a room that must be the closest to the road, room very tired looking. wash basin cracked. Not very impressed and will not be staying again.

The Tudor Hotel is situated within a very close proximity to the residential road, unfortunately due to nature of the building (listed 500 years old property), the traffic noise possible, we are in-talks with the council to allow the proposed solutions. We are refurbishing our premises at a fast pace and hope you will give us a chance in the future to prove our hospitality.

Very nice and clean property and room. Excellent service in breakfast and check in.
