Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Wish there was a restaurant in the hotel, but there are so many options right outside the doors.

Close location for our West End show trip. Felt safe walking back with my teenage daughter at 9:30 at night. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. I called the day before arrival and was able to add a second night on -super helpful. The area around the hotel has definite club/night life scene in the evening.

Clean and chic hotel in a great location, walking distance from Oxford Street and all theatres and yet quiet at night.
The staff were lovely and we got a complimentary glass of wine when we arrived.
Highly recommended

This hotel is in a very good area close to everything you might need like good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theatre, etc. The level of service at this hotel is unmatched in my experience. The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is superb in every way. Service is 10 out of 10 hands down the best I have experienced.
