The hotel is in a good neighberhood. The stay was ok but they are short stuffed.

Overall not bad but some things to note… free wifi was advertised at the time of booking but it was only two hours free, then you were charged. No outlets in the bathroom for hair dryer, curling iron, etc. No USB chargers on the night stands for your devices (for those who prefer to have them near the bed). As this hotel was a bit on the pricier side, I expected a little more.

It is free to sign up and comes with various other benefits you can enjoy in any of Marriott's properties across the world. As for the hair dryer, regrettably this is in accordance with UK safety regulations to not have electrical outlets in the bathroom. Far better hotels in London. Staff not bothered, rooms not, will charge for air if they could. Leave a credit card on room with large deposit but still chase you for payment in bar as if your trying to rob them. Avoid

Dear Mr. Neil Thank you for your recent stay in Park Tower Hotel. I was sorry to learn that certain aspects of it gave cause for less positive feedback. At the Park Tower Knightsbridge, we pride ourselves on a high level of personalised service and care shown towards our guests, however, it would appear that on this occasion we let ourselves down. I am not proud when we fail to delight our guests. I would like to thank you for bringing your observations to my attention as your comments have given us the opportunity to know about our shortcomings so that we can learn and do better next time.We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to serve you and we will be able to change a negative impression on a more positive one.
