The hotel has been nicely updated, considering it’s an old building.
The room was comfortable considering London sizes.
Cedric at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful. We went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
It’s less than 10 min walk to the underground station with service to two main lines, which is great to get to the main points of interest in the city.

For a four star hotel, the staff was at best 3 star. The room itself was 4 star quality though they did have AC issues which you can't fault anyone for a fluke. The lock system was changed on our room. Again understandable, maintenance and upgrades happen, however, the hotel staff should have been prepared to give customers their new keys. It took me 1/2 got to get my key and I was the only one in line. The good to my point about the staff being sub-par.

The rooms are dirty is not a 4 stars hotel

The facilities and the hotel itself looked very old, the sink and bathtub were all rusty, the same goes for the furniture too. The only plus point was the staff. Will I return? Highly unlikely as the hotel is accessible by anyone without a key card, so security is a concern for me.

We are constantly upgrading our facilties to ensure that they look their best. I was sorry that this is not what you found. Our hotel is open not only to residents but also clients that just wish to visit the restaurant. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful! Great location near transportation, coffee shops, market and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, neighborhood feel with grocery nearby. Room a bit dated but well maintained and clean.

After a few snafus during check in, everything else was excellent. Cedric was going above and beyond to help situate the issues and make them right. Everyone at reception desk provided the best service and answered any questions relating to food recommendations, directions etc. The hotel is very close to both the Earl's Court and Gloucester tube stations. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I can also mention as a woman traveling solo, i felt the area was safe. Even at night when i would walk to local gorcery store Sainsburys. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again

The place was very central. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
