My husband and I loved the Mad Hatter Hotel! The Alice in Wonderland decor is an extra plus! The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING; extremely helpful and personable. Its location is an easy walk to the Waterloo Train Station and the Underground. The room was clean. A bonus was the attached restaurant/bar-GREAT food. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice enough hotel. Could have used a hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Thank you.

the property was clean, the staff were really nice and the room was great, will def come back to The Mad Hatter.

Pleasant room and reception staff, nice selection for breakfast.
But room was unbearably hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning. Was ok during the day with the window open, but due to traffic outside could not keep windows open so very hot.

The staff was very helpful with recommendations in the area. Great location and the restaurant was also excellent!

The hotel is unique and quaint. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms without street noise. A really delicious breakfast is included, with lots of options. The attached pub is great too.
