Nice hotel. Great location. Poor acoustics. Expensive for the level of accommodation.

It was very cold in the room, they use air conditioning on all the time in winter

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff.
Absolutely loved my stay the EDITION. The hotel itself is stunning. Everything from the lobby to the rooms was chic, clean and beautiful. Ive been to London numerous times and nothing beats the location. Incredibly walkable but also so easy to get a taxi or grab an uber out front. The bars at the hotel are a vibe so if you are looking for a great place to get a cocktail, you dont need to go far.
The best part about this hotel has to be service and staff. It cant be beat. Every person on staff here is so kind, helpful and attentive. My friends and I must have sent dozens of emails prior to arriving and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request.
Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a great location and a beautiful hotel with incredible service, look no further and book the EDITION immediately.

Bogus charges added after checkout.
Posted 3 Feb 2024 on HotelsWas charged £72 for breakfast even though our rate was inclusive of breakfast. It was added after we had checked out. I phoned and was told to check with Hotels.com. I was shocked and insisted hotel should check. Later hotel emailed that credit was issued for overcharge. How is it possible for a hotel of this calibre to treat guests like this?

I ordered a deluxe room with a queen bed and when my wife arrived on Friday the girl at the reception gave her a superior room instead.
Just a day after I arrived and talked to the manager they agreed to move us to another room which was the room that we ordered originally.
