Very large tourist hotel in a great location

I booked a room with two beds, but when we entered the room, there was one bed and we had to wait for the beds to be prepared. Not a very pleasant start.

Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks.

The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. My room was not cleaned one day & several times for different reasons I tried to call the front desk & no one picked up every time I called. I would just stop by the front desk in person which was fine. Great location, very safe & great staff.

The only complaint was operation of the lighting switches in the room Otherwise all very good!

The hotel clean but the Room cleaning service was not good
