The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the shared bathroom was clean. The website reflects what the place is, reasonable value for money, clean and tidy. I would stay again.

I normally stay at big hotels, but this place is a little charm. The staff are friendly, and helpful with whatever questions you have. There’s a shared bathroom for each floor, but it’s a good size and it’s very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

Property was lovely. Nice & clean.staff were great. If we go back I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again.

Clean and staff did their best and were very polite No tea making facilities and very noisy on the stairs at night. Even with London pricing expensive for minimal facilities
