This hotel was perfect for us, the receptionist was so accommodating and friendly. We were staying 2 nights, the room was clean and quiet, metro is just around the corner and we recommend Over and Under for breakfast, also just around the corner.

We loved the location, it is right around the corner from the earls Court underground station and had so many amenities in the area. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond. The room was pretty basic but clean and quiet. The internet was awful and we often couldn’t connect.

Easy check-in, very closer to the train station and lots of restaurants around by. Bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep. Shower area is very tiny but not a big deal as we stayed there for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location with the tube station just around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed clean and comfortable. Window in the room would not close and outside hinge was hanging off. Black mildew all around the window. Curtain pole also hanging off wall. Bathroom in need of upgrade. Silicone poorly applied and looked dirty. Shower head so clogged up we did not use it.

The smallest bedroom I’ve ever stayed in, together with the smallest shower. The staff were pleasant enough but the stay could only be described as an existence with few redeeming features.
