Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at Ruby Lucy Waterloo. Appreciated that my room was ready early as I arrived at 2pm. Room was cozy and trendy. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to Waterloo station and could walk to some of the main London touristy place. And the Staff is lovely. I strongly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in London.

A very funky and quirky decor makes for interesting surroundings. The rooms were simple, but more than adequate for what we needed. Good shower, hairdryer, very comfy bed and all super clean. The shower/toilet area is a bit unusual being two glass boxes, but it just added to the whole quirky and different vibe. Staff were friendly and accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Easy waking distance from Waterloo station and Tube.

Easy access to Waterloo station and nearby bus routes. This gives you convenient access to top central tourist activities but still takes a bit to get to. I have stayed in a Ruby Lucy in Geneva that had more of a wow factor both in the overall appearance of the location itself as well as the breakfast specifically. This was a good value for the price.
