The customer service was excellent since the moment we got there. They let us do early check-ing to the hotel and gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome amenity.

Outstanding hotel in a great location. Extremely close to Liverpool lime street. Staff were all so lovely and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean and has everything you could need. The room was spacious, decorated beautifully with a brilliant bathroom area. Will definitely be returning.

We are a family of 4, we loved the location, very convenient to the transport for around London. Food options were plentiful in the area. Will definitely be staying again in our return to London.
