The area was great. The hotel is located in a very central part of London, and it was perfect for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go

Great location close to amenities and tube station. very friendly staff. No availability of restaurant on site, but there is a coffee shop next door with a discount for guests

Staff were pleasant, room was cramped, ridiculously small, would definitely not rebook. It was very clean but very basic for the price.
