My 2nd stay at this fantastic hotel. The reception staff didn't wow me like my 1st experience, however they are still a level above most establishments. Excellent room service and cleanliness of hotel is excellent. I did mention my Expedia VIP status, but unfortunately no room upgrade for me this time.

Absolutely incredible stay. Fantastic staff. Gorgeous property. Spotless rooms and incredible design throughout. Best room service I’ve EVER had. 10/10 recommend, I’ll never stay in another London property! Bravo!

Beautiful room and courteous and professional staff. Was mildly annoyed that I could here the restaurant music (I was in a room facing the atrium), but it wasn't loud enough to affect my sleep or watching tv, so ultimately it was fine. Would definitely recommend and return.
