We paid for breakfast for 3 days but only used it twice because, unfortunately, the service was inconsistent both mornings. There were issues such as incorrect orders, forgotten tea, and difficulty finding the server. Nothing major, but it happened on both visits and impacted the experience.
We stayed on the first floor, and the room was spacious, visually appealing, and very quiet with no outside noise. However, housekeeping items like a vacuum left in the hallway one day and an iron the next made the common areas feel less polished.
Overall, this could be a great hotel with a few updates and improvements, especially in the dining service."
