We loved it! 3 ladies--2 with mobility issues--were well cared for and accommodated at NYX!! Crazy cool vibe, super clean, attentive staff, great housekeeping--and great bars. Breakfast stands out! Best I've had in a hotel buffet--book it with your room! Shopping and dining option in short walking distance!

Loved staying at the NYX holborn for a quick London trip! The vibe is stylish and hip, and the on-site bar and restaurant is perfect especially if you arrive later in the evening. Convenient to cute restaurants, tube stop, and gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

The "Other" feature doesn't work on "What did you not like? I would not recommend this hotel and they are aware and compensated me some for their poor services. 1) They put us in the last room on the 3rd floor which is above the dumpsters and parking lot. They were not upfront about this at all. I found out that there was a lovely courtyard view which was quiet. 2) The thermostat broke the 2nd day we were there. It was fixed on the 3rd day, so having to report it 2x AND it wasn't fixed because it blew out cold air when we wanted heat. 3) The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel or motel for that matter. It was about 4 1/2 feet across and maybe 6" or 7" in length where the sink was, the shower was about 2" x 5". There was no counter space to put your toiletries. So, it was shocking. 4) So not surprisingly the room was pretty small and I booked a Supreme King. 4) This is a hotel for younger people, there was one dining and cocktail area and the music was loud 24/7 with thumping music. So you come back tired at night and you are greeted with this. 5) And because we were the last room on the floor, it was so inconvenient and confusing to get out of the room via stairs. So we used the elevator each time. 6) There were 2 days where housekeeping didn't give us washcloths or hand towels. And I had to ask for instant coffee packets and espresso. 7) The TV came on randomly the first few nights, even in the middle of the night!

Location, interior, cleanliness, customer service and value for money all excellent. Will definitely be booking here again next time I visit London.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Arrived way earlier than check in time but they were able to get us in our room no fuss. Easy walk from Euston station and central to everything. Only issue was with the shower as it was weak pressure and very slow to warm up. Would stay again!

Room was superb and the bed was really comfy, unlike some hotels where the mattress is overly hard or bumpy. Central location and easy walking distance of many of the attractions and theatres.
