Great apartment with great views! Exactly as described. (There is a bit of a leak/drip above the window in the living room that need attention)

Location and surrounding is decent where it is 7mins walk. Overall, the unit that I have booked is at level 4 south unit where there are catered for 5 pax with 1 toilet only which is challenging for 5 pax. Feedback of the unit needs to be checked to ensure it is working condition such as faulty lamp in the living room and water leaking in the living room near the window due to raining. Biggest frustration is only mode of communication is through messaging and can you imagine I need to purchase my own toilet paper as there is no physical personnel around for help. Another incident is the alarm triggered in the night as not sure what was the triggered. Ended up, I went down to the alarm panel to do my own reset. I would expect some in-charged personnel to attend whenever help or alarm is triggered. In summary, lack of physical personnel onsite is the biggest concern to all issue raised.

Four adults stayed at this property July 2022 on the 4th floor. The pictures on the website were accurate and represent various units. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was hot during this time, but there were several fans. The fans were helpful, but we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat. It was noisy due to street traffic and early morning workers in the area. Our unit had two bedrooms with comfortable, queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. There were two bathrooms. Both had a full shower. One had a tub and shower. There are gems like a dishwasher, washer/dryer combined unit. There is a toaster, microwave, and a full complement of pots, dishware, and utensils. There was also a clothing rack to hang clothes. Unfortunately, the washer dryer unit took an extremely long time to wash and dry clothing. It was more efficient to wash the clothing and hang them on the clothing rack. We took full advantage of the stove and refrigerator. We cooked breakfast and occasionally dinner. It was a home away from home. Everyone in our travel party was quite comfortable. Also, there is access to an underground (tube) station and a bus stop nearby. The property owner must fix the elevator as it was challenging to bring luggage up several flights of stairs. It was difficult for 2 members of our group as they both have medical conditions that made taking the stairs each day very challenging. We were not the only ones who struggled to do so.7.5/10. 9/10 if the elevator works.

Nice place, great location, beautiful view, but no air con, - and with south facing windows it was very very hot. Advertized as 2 bathrooms, yet there was only one. We managed just fine. Beds are quite firm which can be a plus or minus. 4th floor, and the elevator didn't work on one day, so be prepared for that possibility. Still, all in all a lovely stay.

So terrible!

Overall, highly not recommended! First of all, there was no one to help us in the contact section. Although there was contact information, we gave the wrong password to the apartment and still couldn't solve it after calling. In the end, we had to rely on ourselves to solve the problem. Next, many things inside the house were damaged. The towel heater in the master bedroom bathroom was broken. The elevator was broken for 5 nights after staying for 6 nights. I sent the same message but no one came to help repair it. Therefore, I do not recommend this apartment, except for the hardware. Outside of the equipment, the contact department is completely unable to assist. Please consider booking with this company carefully, you will regret it! 整體而言,非常不推薦!首先,在聯絡部分完全沒有人可以協助我們,雖然有聯絡資訊,但給公寓錯密碼,打過去仍然無法解決,最後是靠著自己才解決。再來,房子內部很多東西損壞,主臥浴室毛巾暖氣壞掉,電梯住了6晚,壞掉了5晚,一樣傳訊息根本都沒有人來協助修理,所以非常不推薦這家公寓,除了硬體設備外,聯絡部分完全無法協助,請警慎考慮訂這家,你會後悔!
