Excellent hotel overall. Fantastic bed and pillows, slept like I was dead. The room is spacious and comfy, good shower and amenities. Didn’t like the touchpad controls in the room which were horribly unresponsive. Drinks were quite pricey and we had some confusion at the breakfast where we were served a half meat half vegetarian dish, which wasn’t ideal. Overall very good.

My sister and I stayed for 3 days in April. The staff is utterly stellar, they enhanced our stay immensely and were very kind! They exemplified the standard of service that was unparalleled and we will be back. Special thanks and kudos to Daniel, wonderful ambassador for the hotel and an exemplary team member!

The shelves are absent. It is noisy in lower floors. Breakfast menu is repetitive and very limited

Service and staff were truly outstanding. Good value for the pruc3, however this is not really a five star hotel. It was full of little annoyances due to poor interior design. Light switches in inconvenient places, separate buttons for each elevators, front doible doors that are just a tad too close to one another. Similarly, excellent breakfast for the price, but not five star. Spa and gym are clean and functional.

Initial roll had issues with smell but staff were great in moving us and doing all that they did
