Positives: Good value at £120 with my discount for 2 nights including breakfast. Free coffee machine a nice touch in the lounge. Small but clean shower barhroom. Negatives: Attitude of one of the breakfast staff, I arrived at 925am, 5 minutes before breakfast orders finish, she said we are closed now, I said surely not, it's not 930am yet Then she said ok. I think she expected me to turn around and leave. Hair in pony tail. Was pretty unfriendly the first morning as well. The breakfast staff, all behave llike they resent their job and the guests. Time to recruit some customer service professionals as they let the hotel down badly. Room was very narrow, couldnt open my suitcase without taking up the route to the bathroom. Room was a "Superior double." Reception staff say it's not their job to help guests get their luggage upstairs. There isnt a lift.

Dear SimonThanks for taking the time for writing this review.Sincere apologies for the issue at breakfast. Our staff should have not behaved this way. Regarding the room, you booked a "small" superior double not a superior double. The superior double is more spacious and it costs a mere 10.00-15.00 more.In future you could opt for this choice.We do not have a lift and it is not advertised anywhere. Porterage is provided by higher categories hotel not by the 2* ones. If guest have mobility issues can contact us and subject to availability, we always try to keep these guests as low as possible.Best wishes

Nice hotel, great location, nice neighborhood, walking distance to Bayswater station. Good selection of restaurants. Granier Bakery Cafe was outstanding! Charming hotel, lots of interesting books and crannies for kids to discover as well as adults. Da. E

Was very basic no tea making facilities in room . Breakfast was not a continental at all.

You can help yourself to free tea, coffees and hot chocolate at any time.Our continental breakfast is free and varied. You can chose from cereal to yogurt, from toast with cheese or jam and butter and fruits plus coffee e, tea and juices. You also have the option to pay a bit extra for a full English breakfast.Best wishes

Good location close to tube station modern bathroom no tea coffee or even vending machine Bed linen not that comfortable breakfast not much choice four items per individual
