Having planned to use the Underground, closeness to Tower Hill station was super-convenient.

The location is great. The pool and facilities are terrific. I would definitely come back.

Elena at the reception was exceptional. She greeted me warmly, efficiently handled my check-in, and was very helpful with all my inquiries. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made my stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is a nice environment with lots of spaces for sitting but I was surprised that there were no chairs or stools in my room (109).

Very close to the underground. Not very many eating options in the atea, but there are a stop or two away in the tube.
