Excellent. Very convenient to T 2. Staff was lovely and professional. The room was perfectly quiet (Soundproof windows:) And the restaurant had great food, great prices and a great staff. The whole experience was very impressive!

There was a horrifying alarm at 4:30 in the morning. It stopped after about 15 seconds but we didn’t know what to do.

The room was very nice. The checkin and checkout were smooth. We booked a taxi with the front desk and were quoted £17 for 3 passengers and two bags. When I confirmed with the dispatcher, he said no it’s £23. We had two medium suitcases and two check in bags. They need to make the baggage rules more specific. Most people travel with one of each. We accepted, but like I said, the terms need to be specific.

Property is close to the airport and have a shuttle service. The room was clean but the bathroom can use some new tub silicone in the shower area. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel near airport, clean and great breakfast buffet. Nothing around hotel to see but you can always take shuttle to airport to get train to go visit.
