Staff was super hospitable and friendly. Great location! Beds could use new mattresses as well as the flooring. Clean towels and sheets though!!

Great area. I had the single en-suite room, which was small but perfectly formed! Clean and tidy throughout. Shower wasn’t particularly powerful but was hot!

Great location! Walk to British museum and Euston station! Nice dining options around. Quiet at night which is super nice

The staff were all vey polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The Jesmond has a lovely secluded small oasis of a garden which guests can use. For me, its location was perfect being close to Euston station and easy walking distance of Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square etc; and being close to several underground stations on various lines.
Yes, the room was small but it had everything I needed and the stay was very pleasant and good value for money, especially for London.
