This was a great and convenient way to stay at the airport while waiting for a family who was coming in on a later flight. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that was my experience with the places I stayed in London. It was a longer walk than I expected, but that is also more about the whole UK than just the hotel. I would stay again.

Stayed twice. Property is connected with Heathrow with tunnel. SO it is very convenient for central London connectivity.

Had supper in the restaurant, the goats cheese salad was pretty good. The grilled salmon was superb, beautifully cooked. However the Sticky Toffee Pudding was poor, both the pudding itself and the sauce. It was only partially saved by the acceptable scoop of ice cream that came with it. A restaurant that can grill salmon perfectly yet permit such a poor dessert is a genuine puzzle to me.
