A very convenient hotel when doing an overnight layover at Heathrow. An expensive option but one has to decide if the convenience is worth it. Two minutes from baggage pickup and likewise when checking in for your next flight. With a decent restaurant.

Room was excellent. Modern, clean, good toiletries, great bed. Blackout and soundproofing were both excellent. It could have used a coffee maker rather than just a kettle but that was fine. WiFi average but worked. Food and drink is overpriced for what you are getting - £18 for a cocktail, £25 for a burger, £11/£12 for a wine etc. Staff were nice

Staff was amazing and helpful. Very convenient for a short layover. Breakfast was average, can’t complain.

This hotel only exists as a place to stay for an early flight out of Heathrow or a stay between flights. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but you’re sort of trapped in the hotel. My wife and I had dinner in the restaurant- both the service and food were very good - the food prices were very high for the options available- but you know that going in. Best part - for terminals 2 and 3 - it’s a short easy walk with luggage to both terminals- and that’s the reason you stay at this hotel.

Food at restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Convenient location at Heathrow, but very noisy mechanical sounds (pipes banging)? Industrial laundry machine nearby maybe( kept us from sleeping for the few hours we had to sleep before our flight)
