Be mindful when booking here if you're a light sleeper, the windows are very thin!

Poor communication about accessibility
Posted 7 Aug 2023 on HotelsRoom was ok, could do with some TLC and updating. Also a very narrow and steep stairs reduced accessibility. No lift so had to park wheelchair downstairs and slowly work the stairs. I did notify access needs in advance but was allocated a room on the top floor, which is poor planning. So my scores mostly in the middle.

Very nice hotel w/ a communal kitchen featuring all-day DIY breakfast which is a very best part

May 15 2023 to May 26 2023 - 268 Franciscan Road, Upper Tooting, London England - There black mold on the inside of the shower. Looks like it was there a while. The lower level units should be insulated better to block out street noises, the beds are Double and very cramped for two people and the mattress is awful. I had to purchase a mattress topper for the bed to make it comfortable. The Manager and Manageress were wonderful people and very accommodating. The items available for all day breakfasts were plentiful. The location was superb and only 5 minutes walk to the subway.
