Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive... bed seemed a little small for 2... clean and well maintained... good location for tube lines into westend... location felt safe for 2 women getting back in the evening ... would choose again if staying in London

Great location, very quiet and nice staff. Complementary breakfast is a great plus.

The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The area nearby look safe to me. Walking distance to underground station, and a lot of shops/restaurant near the station. Also waking distance to Hyde Park.

It's a nice enough property. Service was good. They upgraded me to an apartment which was nice. The apartment was a bit cool, but I appreciated that for sleeping.

Perfect location near everything. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Easy and cheap transit to all attractions.
