The staff were extremely helpful and made us all feel very welcome, with special attention to the children. The area is excellent for children, close to the museums.

Lovely property with good friendly staff, however outside wheelchair lift was broken and found out we needed to go down steps for breakfast. Overall great stay but maybe more work for disabled people to be amazing. but would recommend

Hotel was dirty, rooms are tired. We had a leak from our bathroom so we had wet carpet which I called 3 times about and nobody resolved

Excellent staff that provided a solid, clean room (with good water pressure). Very convenient to Tube and bus, as well as Heathrow.

The location is perfect, right in front of the underground station. The Avenue is awesome and it is very close to Natural History Museum.
