We like everything about the INN on our second time staying however it would have been nice if the desk clerk had said hello or welcome or smiled upon arrival rather than typing and abruptly telling me what to do. The first time visiting was not like this.

Was in the lower level poor cell reception, had to go sit in the car to make cell calls to the hospital.

When we were ready for bed, we pulled the covers down to find body hair on the sheets and hair on the pillows. Obviously they did not change the linen after the last guests vacated the room.
It was gross and it could have been an enjoyable stay but because of the other services we rated this average.
Unfortunately, we will not stay in this establishment in the future!
If the bed linen Cannot be routinely changed, it then time to seek other accommodations. $580.00 for 2 nights was $300.00 too much! I classify this as a motel 8.
We removed the bottom sheet and used the top sheet to cover the matress.

Front dest person would not provide a paper receipt when asked for one at checkout. Her reason is that Expedia controls receipts and billings and does not allow for printed ones. I believe this is illegal and I will look into this further.
