Great location. Good food and drink very close. Easy walk to tube station. Very nice room, helpfu, l courteous staff. Will stay there next time.

Good place to stay in London and a good experience with the staff. Had a problem with the shower and it took a few days to sort it out which is the only reason I did not rate them a 5. We would stay here again.

This was a very convenient property in a lovely area with a very helpful and kind staff. Requests were always dealt with within minutes and upon check in the room seemed clean. The main issue was with housekeeping. They don’t come unless requested and even when full service was requested they came and picked up dirty towels off the floor and hung them back up without changing them, all garbage was left after full service house keeping and the dish wares were not washed despite there being no dishwashing liquid in the room. The biggest issue I have is my daughter is now being treated for a rash that we suspect to be from the pull out bed. This is a real shame because the hotel itself was otherwise really good and seems to be newly renovated. Please look at housekeeping practices and improve on this a bit and it will be 5 star

We had a sink drain that did not drain, the stopper was broken. The pull out mattress in chair/bed was old. I saw updates were coming. I would very much look forward to the updates. The staff did not inform us of lounge with snacks/drinks in there and that would have been nice. I found it on last day.
