Beautiful decor, bed was huge and comfortable , amazing area close to everything you’d like to see. Will be returning again to London and this will be my Go to hotel.

10 minute walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station. Lovely big bed and clean modern hotel.

No tea or coffee making facilities or room service. Nice looking communal space and atmosphere and easy self check in. Media in room was great.

Hello citizen Sophie,Thank you so much for your feedback about your stay, we appreciate that you took your time for this.Regarding the kettle, this was discussed for a long time among the company, but in the end we decided that the modern guest prefers a barista-style coffee and good conversation over being cooped up in the room with a small kettle. Clean and comfortable. Nice bar/public area. Enormous bed.
Room was ok for 2 of us sharing for 2 nights bu would have felt cramped if staying any longer. Atrium is tired looking with sad looking ivy trying to grow inside.
Check in and out was fast. Walking distance to Borough market and th Tate and to the Thames. We could see the shard from the lobby on our floor.

We have re-designed the hotel with today's modern traveler in mind, and that meant taking away the usual hotel cliches and making the rest as great as can be. That's why our beds are huge and comfy, the movies and Wi-Fi free, and the showers truly jetlag busting. We added a large storage drawer under each bed and we kept clutter in the rooms to a minimum. And as always, our living rooms (not your ordinary lobbies!) and everything in them (books, art, TV) are all yours to enjoy every time you visit us. Safe Travels,citizenAlex
