For a low-priced option I was happy with this place.
Came back every day to a sparkling clean room (as clean as you could make the room at least)
More than what I expected, but not much more.
Solid option if you're staying in the area and don't want to spend too much $$$

The room was clean but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. The floor was uneven, the paint was flaking and worst was the ceiling creaking from the guests upstairs walking about in their room. The bedding was passable and the bathroom was respectable. I knew I wasn’t going to sleep comfortably so I left without spending the night and went to the EasyHotel nearby. You get a superior accommodation for the same price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts.
Pros:
The hotel seamlessly blends modern amenities with the charm of its old building.The rooms were spotless, the front service was friendly and helpful staff that contributed to a positive overall experience.
The hotel's location offers convenient access to various restaurants and pubs.
Cons:
Small Rooms: While the rooms are clean and well-maintained, they are on the smaller side, which may be a consideration for those who prefer more spacious accommodations.
Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of dining options around.
It's clean and the reception staff were pleasant and friendly both during check in and check out.
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noise from people walking in the room above, but it wasn't too disruptive.
Also there can be some noise and flashing lights from the street outside depending on which way your room is facing.
Otherwise, comfortable stay and would choose again.

Stayed here a few times now. Always very clean . Rooms have a kettle and fridge. Good shower. Reception staff were friendly and professional. Sainsbury just down the road.

Staff were good. Unfortunately I had a room at the front of the property on the main road so was understandably noisy.

Good stay but could do with a refresh
Posted 13 Dec 2023 on HotelsEasy check in and close proximity to Hoxton Station. Rooms could do with a refresh as a little dated and bedding could do with an upgrade to better quality. It was warm with the heater and bathroom was clean and shower powerful. Furniture and wallpaper could do with being refreshed but adequate for 1 night
