Hard to write a review for a building you never stayed in. Just before arriving in London I was informed the Bezier Apartments would not be available and that I would get upgraded to another property. The reason I booked Bezier is it's proximity to work so the other property wasn't exactly an upgrade. Also, keyfobs used to get into the building didn't work when I arrived so I had to wait at the apartment until 5:30 PM to get a Keyfob to be able to come and go from the property. One last thing, the curtains in the living room were broken and hanging from the top and I was told they would be fixed. Than half way through my stay (1 Week) management called to say they needed to enter the apartment to inspect it. I asked if they were going to fix the curtains they said yes. Upon arrival the curtains were still broken. :-(
