The staff at check in are warm, polite and welcoming. The breakfast is sufficient but the constant hustle and bustle movement of the staff clearing way is quite disconcerting when you want to eat your food. A less aggressive approach would be appreciated. I would stay there again - 2 tube stations close by as well.

Stayed whilst attending rugby finals at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Easy to reach stadium by bus next to hotel and also when making my way back to Kings Cross station. Simple but comfortable room and great breakfast.

There was good transport outside the hotel via a bus and the tube was 10 min walk, there were also pubs and cafes 10 min walk away

It was very modest; surrounding areas were unattractive. Very few restaurants within walking distance.
