The outlets were a bit challenging to access, and some things (a fan, hand soap, body wash) weren't there. We were on the ground floor with street windows, but it's a pretty quiet area so it wasn't too bad. Really cute place, very convienent location, great staff communication. I didn't love it because the check out time is really early, 10am, so it made things a bit hard when we were leaving. Overall though, a solid place.

Overall, the room was as we expected - small, but conveniently located. The only issue we ran into was that no toiletries are provided, not even hand soap for the bathroom. We mentioned this to management, and they told us that we had to buy our own, despite "soap," "shampoo," and "free toiletries" all being included in the listing. When we mentioned the info in the listing, they basically brushed us off, and it looks like the listing still is claiming they're provided. The only other issue was that the thermostat in the room didn't work, and the knob on the radiator was broken, but the room was a comfortable temperature fortunately.

Brilliant little studio flat, ideal for a short business stay. Flat is well presented and comfortable, has everything you could need for a couple of nights

I recently stayed at the Baker Street property for three nights and four days, and I must say it was a disappointing experience overall. Upon arrival, we were given a basement apartment with no air conditioning or fan. This posed a significant security threat, as keeping the windows open for fresh air and circulation was not an option. As a result, the room became unbearably hot, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the customer service team was unhelpful when we voiced our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they offered us a room at a different property located far away at an extra cost. This was completely unfair and inconvenient, as it would have meant sacrificing a good night's sleep for a room in a basement with no air circulation. The fact that they expected us to pay more for a better room is simply unacceptable. Another aspect of our stay that left a lot to be desired was the housekeeping service. We requested a replacement for the bathroom amenities, but the staff flat-out refused, leaving us with only one small soap to share between two people for the entirety of our four-day stay. This lack of attention to basic necessities is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment. Considering the multitude of issues we encountered during our time, we believe a full refund of all three nights is a fair and necessary compensation.

Apartment was spotless and a decent size. The bathroom fan was very loud and didn't turn off at all, so i found it hard to get to sleep. No air conditioning and as it was at the very top of the building, up 6 flights of stairs!!!, it was absolutely boiling.

I rented the property for my father during his cancer treatment in a nearby hospital. I called the week before and was ensured that the apartment would be clean, accessible and secure. Upon check in there were a number of issues: 1) The apartment was in the basement. There was no banister on the staircase from the ground floor to the basement. This is unsafe and accessibility was poor 2) The inside door lock (as described in the check in video) did not work. The slider lock button was redundant. 3) There were damp patches on the ceiling throughout the apartment and the apartment was smelly due to damp 4) The air conditioning did not work. The control panel showed an error code 5) There was unrestricted access to the outside basement court yard from the street level 6) There were no locks on the windows in the apartment. The window handles are flimsy. The place is not secure Having raised these issues on day 1 via email (office was closed) the email agent repeatedly noted that there is no air conditioning (despite there being a unit and control panel) and asked for photos of the other issues. She was most unhelpful The following day, I called the office. The call handler was polite and arranged for a bicycle lock to be fitted at the street level to deter people from accessing the outside basement courtyard. He told me that the landlord would have to be consulted regarding the fitting of locks to the windows. The door lock remained unaddressed.
