I am beyond disappointed. The room did not match the pictures at all. After travelling from North America to the UK for the first time, this is a huge disappointment. It's described as a luxurious stay but it's old and run down with old warped wood, haphazardly painted walls, poor and inconsistent WiFi and open holes in the wall for electrical connections. Plus the double bed has a weird hole in the mattress where you can feel the springs! When we tried to express that we were upset about the room and wifi, we were told that we had to wait two days to get a room change and that we must be incorrect about the wifi being a poor connection because no one else had complained. After two days of staying in our dilapidated room, we were finally given a new room after reminding them of what they promised us. It was like night and day. Still definitely not luxurious but better than before. The only saving grace was that the bathroom was mostly well done.

Conveniently located in Battersea to Battersea Park and public transit. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom amenities were lacking: the water temperature in the shower was scalding, with no way to adjust. Also, washcloths were not provided and there was no shelf in the shower to put the soap/shower gel and shampoo. If these issues were remedied, it would improve this hotel's rating!

Great attitude in reception and very helpful. Standard of the room was not good 1. Unable to open the window 2. On arrival our first impression was the smell of cigarette smoke which was vile as soon as we got in the door containing 2 separate accommodations 3. Bath seal was broken with a 6 inch gap full of mould 4. Toilet roll holder was hanging off of the wall so was tilted upright 5. Toilet seat came off in my hands when I lifted up 6. The hinges for the (Double doors concealing the kettle, glasses and microwave) were hanging off so we were unable to close the doors 7. The microwave was rusty inside and not very clean 8. Eight flights of stairs to the 4th floor which was fine as we are able bodied. But after a lovely night out for a meal and a glass of wine when we returned to be told the lift was off as the fire alarm had gone off. Fine if it was a fire test but nobody seemed at all bothered about it or to the fact we had to walk up the stairs. Nobody suggested to wait 5 minutes until it was repaired or anything. All in all we didn't have a good stay and certainly won't be returning

The spa facilities were amazing, and the huge bath tub was beautiful!

Room located on lower floor, with no windows. Bathroom spacious however room wasn't, bed up against the wall. Bathroom door was damaged as was sink.

I recently booked a three-day stay for my family at Axiom Park Hotel through Expedia. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with the shocking news that our reservation had been canceled. Despite assuring the receptionist that I hadn't initiated any cancellation, they seemed convinced otherwise and provided little explanation for the mix-up. To add to the confusion, my booking still appeared as "BOOKED" on the Expedia website, and I continued to receive reminders from Expedia about our upcoming visit. The receptionist showed me a printout of email communication with Expedia regarding a cancellation, but it lacked crucial details such as names, dates of reservation, and the booking number didn't match mine. There was a handwritten note instructing to "call the guest at 2 PM," but I never received any such call. This experience was not only stressful but also incredibly disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of clarity and accountability from the hotel staff, especially when we were left without accommodation for our planned stay. I urge Axiom Park Hotel to improve their communication and customer service to prevent such misunderstandings in the future. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I hope it can be rectified promptly.
