Hidden Gem!
Posted 13 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay! It is very nice and cozy. The apartment looks exactly like the photos.
Located at the most central area, with this price and the space / facilities we got - it is a beat! Strongly recommend for family who want some quiet time but still want to be immersed in the best of London.
Will definitely come back

Fantastic location on quiet side street, but a quick walk to Piccadilly. Beautiful modern building with friendly concierge. Would absolutely recommend!

It was ok not worth the price.
Posted 12 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe location was good. Close to many attractions. The room is very loud. You could hear people laughing and talking all bight with trash pick up very early in the morning. It was not what i anticipated from a high end residence. For the price, i will stay at a high end hotel next time.

Street level noise and commercial activities is much of a source of noise for our establishment as for 5* hotels in the area. Our building's sound-proofing is the best/latest available, seeing the block is only 4 years old - unlike the single glazing windows present at some of the older hotels.Overall, I hope you'd have seen some value in the design led decoration & furnishings - as well as the much larger square footage of each room (when compared to a hotel).Once again, thanks for choosing 37GS Residences.Warm regards, 37GS Residences team

No housekeeping even though I stayed 8 days I needed to wash my own sheets and clean. the apartment was very tired and needed some TLC. service was ok and the location is amazing
