Overall the property fit our needs, but have opportunities of improvement. The tiles in the bathroom walls are protruding to the point to where they look like they can fall out at any moment. Carpets are supposed to be new, but are dirty in the one of the rooms and feel dirty in the living room. A dirty towel was left on the back of our door from a previous guest. Instructions to the heater would be useful as we had to figure out how to use it ourselves (there is a digital heater unit in every room) The rooms we’re comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to eat there. The apartment is close to several restaurants and great stores. You are close to the bus stops and subways.

Terrible had to go to three places to check in dirty carpet and patchwork on the walls. The shower leaked small elevator place smelled like mold. I do not recommend.

Good location with a few drawbacks

The apartment itself is in a great location. Its is very roomy and had a full kitchen/fridge etc. Which was great. What wasn’t great was no clear instructions to operate the heating, the sink in the bathroom not draining which was really gross! Having to pay £45 for the apartment to be cleaned which is a joke. And we came home yesterday bit no sign of my £300 deposit being refunded yet. Think we’ll just stay in a hotel next time be a lot less stressful!

Nice accommodation, near Underground, walkable

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and it’s really convenient to have a kitchen. It was very inconvenient to go to an office to show passport and pay security deposit and fee for cleaning ($45). Then go to a store near the apartment to pick up apartment key. They offered that I could send my ID but I did not have secure wifi and I was uncomfortable with that.

Beware: you need to call number to check in, but the number provided by hotels.com starts with +4444 instead of correct +44. If no answer, send SMS and the reply will be quick. Hot water is on timer and you may need to add to it (1 hour at a time, in boiler closet). In the shower one may need to toggle button between bath and shower twice in order to get pressure. Also notice that hot is right in shower, but left in sink. Very low water pressure in sink, with no obvious fix. Cleaning fee is on top of hotels.com price. Still, the price is very reasonable and the apartment large and comfortable. Rent for an extra night or use storage places around London if check-in (2 PM) and check-out (11 AM) times are inconvenient for your luggage needs and travel times. Other than the quirks above, definitely a great place!

The stay was great. Great location. Check in was a challenge because they did not have my email from hotels.com to send check in instruction
