My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great stay there. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food options were plenty and quality and taste was good.

It was a nice setting and in a good location. Staff were friendly, attentive & quickly responded to our needs. However the big negative was that despite being a 5* hotel, there were no sun beds at the pool and our efforts to ask the hotel to provide them proved unsuccessful. They said the sun beds they had previously had been broken & were not replaced. They said they would check with the senior manager but there was no update & when we asked they were unable to give an update/reason. The food was repetive and not to our taste. It looked better than it tasted.

4 star resort with average service

Property was good but lacks training to staff right from entry into the resort to exit, no one to pick your luggage, breakfast was average and no proper service by staff at breakfast. Receptionist calls to inform the checkout timings and tells be ready on time for checkout , really phthatic

Really good studio suites and bath products. The restaurant has a nice mix of a la carte options. Buffet is your standard Indian fare. Property is serine and peaceful even though it's just off the main highway. The Balinese influence of decore is beautiful, along with the art in main areas. The library is inviting to sit and read, while the pool area which the rooms overlook is tranquil and lush with greenery. Highly recommended for a city escape. We never left the property for the days we were there. Spa packages look great as well although we didn't get to try any. Staff are kind and courteous. Will definitely return if there is an opportunity one day. A gem on Expedia!

Pretty happy with the stay and staff at the property was awesome....from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Boy, Vallet, & Restaurant Staff Excellent service as expected and worth the money spend Will definately plan a another stay at the property. Keep up the good work guys....

The rooms are fantastic. The service level can improve especially at the restaurant end. The spa was underwhelming. A better restaurant and a better spa can make a huge difference if it matches the stay experience.
