A special commendation to Khoo Min Jie for his outstanding services, he checked us in, gave us information brochures and other information about places to dine, and notify us when the room was ready. Most of all he went out of his way to help us when we contacted him even though he was already on leave.He presented Ascott well with his service and made us enjoyed our stay. "

The Hotel I have stayed in many times over 15-20 years from time to time, although a little bit older than the new high end hotels nearby, is still extremely well maintained and the location is excellent ( relatively short walk to) near Gurney Plaza.
