Very pleasant stay. Room was nice and comfortable with everything one expects. Not too spacious so organizing from two carry-ons and a large suitcase was challenging. Location next to Manufactura Mall is convenient. Could communicate better regarding parking on arrival and during street closure for start of Christmas market opening.

Bello e pulito, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggior cura
Posted 19 Nov 2022 on HotelsAlbergo nuovo e pulito. Ho soggiornato per 6 notti. Purtroppo le pulizie giornaliere lasciano a desiderare, la camera veniva rifatta parzialmente. Ho dovuto richiedere alla reception ogni giorno shampoo e bagnoschiuma e bicchieri e tazze perché la signora delle pulizie dimenticava rimpiazzare e di pulire quelli sporchi. La notte del sabato è stata un inferno, con musica alta fino alle 4:30 del mattino. Alle 3:00 la reception mi dice di pazientare perché il party in corso sarebbe finito nel giro di mezz'ora. Alle 4:15 chiamo nuovamente la reception e avviso che sto per chiamare la polizia. A quel punto la musica si ferma. Meno male che è bastata la minaccia della telefonata, perché quando ho chiamato la polizia ho purtroppo constatato che nessuno parlava inglese. Comunque ho passato una notte senza dormire. A seguito di mia lamentela, mi è stato offerto un rimborso per questa notte.
