Great place, not so great service.
Posted 23 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe heaters in the room were not working or not hot enough to heat the room properly. We spent most of the night freezing and had to put on several layers to keep warm. I tried to go out in the lobby and hit the call button for someone but no one answered.
In the pub, the bartenders didn’t seem to want to service us. There were only a few people in the pub but trying to wave down the bartender or to try to order something was just ignored. They came over to us when they felt like it. The food was ok, just a bit below par for pub food.
It’s a shame because it a beautiful place and a beautiful town, and it’s a cozy inn with a great view. The customer service just needs to come up.

The staff at the Inn were very friendly and helpful Also the food was of a high standered for both the breakfast and evening dinner

Worth the trip

The place around the property was very scenic with gorgeous flowers. The staff was sweet and very hardworking.
